Return and Refund Policy

At Exquisite Earrings, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy explains your rights and the steps to initiate a return or request a refund.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns:

  • Custom or personalized earrings.

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase.

  • Earrings that have been worn, damaged, or altered.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer support at returns@exquisiteearrings.com with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization number and instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.


4. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned item, we will:

  • Inspect the item to ensure it meets the return criteria.

  • Process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds for defective or incorrect items will include the original shipping cost.


5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for items of equal value if:

  • The original item is in its original condition and packaging.

  • The exchange request is initiated within 30 days of receiving the order.

Follow the same steps as returns to initiate an exchange. Once the returned item is received and approved, your exchange will be processed.


6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us immediately at support@exquisiteearrings.com with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund, and shipping costs will be covered by us.


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • The order has not yet been shipped.
